Part-time - Work from home 

 We are looking for a cultural creative who is confident and capable in the digital world to assist the Managing Director to provide training programs and support to our licensed training providers. 
This is an extremely diverse role.

About the role 

  • Assist with content creation and course writing
  • Editing – advertising copy, web pages and course materials 
  • Assisting with program planning 
  • Provide customer service and answer questions via Facebook, email, zoom and telephone 
  • Manage 2 busy Facebook groups – post relevant information, monitor posts for suitability, answer questions 
  • Manage our YouTube channel 
  • Assist in the creation of training videos including video editing 
  • Liaising with creatives and professionals when outsourcing is required 
  • Deliver Zoom workshops
     o Website Design – Guide participants in creating their own website using Go Daddy via Zoom
    o Social Media - Guide participants to set and effectively use Facebook and Instagram
    o Facebook marketing - Guide participants in how to use Facebook Ads Manager and Boosted posts
     o Using Zoom - Guide participants to set and effectively use Zoom for teaching classes and seeing clients
    o Online programs - Guide participants to set and effectively use Calendly, Campaign Monitor, PayPal for receiving payments, Dropbox and JotForm.
     o Provide assistance and support in delivering other Zoom workshops as required 

About the skills & experience, you will need

  •  Content writing experience 
  • Training in some form of professional writing or journalism experience 
  • Editing experience 
  • Experience in program planning or event management 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Experience using Facebook 
  • Ability to compose professional emails 
  • Social media management experience 
  • Experience using YouTube, creating videos and video editing 
  • Experience using Zoom 
  • Experience with Website Design –particularly Go Daddy
  •  Experience with Facebook marketing - including Facebook Ads Manager and Boosted 
  • Experience with Calendly, Campaign Monitor, PayPal, Dropbox and JotForm or able to learn how to use them before the interview 😉 
  • Experience facilitating groups or teaching classes (particularly via Zoom) would be beneficial 

About the benefits 

•  Permanent Part-Time Position
• Telecommute – work from home with a lot of connection, collaboration and support via Zoom
• 9 am until 2 pm Monday to Thursday.
 • Occasional evenings for 1-hour to deliver Zoom webinars (on average once a month). 
 • One weekend every three months to help facilitate a two-day Zoom workshop
 • Four weeks per year and national public holidays off with holiday pay.
